Education and Training: Sul Ross State University - Uvalde and Eagle Pass campuses – BA in Secondary Education. Major in History and minor in English. St. Edward's University - Austin, TX. Southwest Texas State Jr. College - Uvalde, TX.

Family History: Divorced, mother to 2 daughters and grandmother of three Rachel Garza, daughter, is the art teacher at CSHS. Laura Elorreaga, daughter, is a music teacher at Steiner Ranch Elementary and lives in Cedar Park, TX. Darian Torres - 10 year old grand daughter who attends CSI. Jaden Torres - 9 year old grandson who attends CSE. Elena Elorreaga - 9 month old grand daughter.

Teaching Experience: Current Position - I teach 7th grade History. Experience - I have taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade here at the Jr. High. I HAVE been a cheerleader sponsor, UIL history coach, CAT member, AEP teacher and I have served on the attendance committee. This is my 17th year of teaching.
