STUDENT NUTRITION OFFICE NEW CHANGES FOR 2007-2008 (effective 8/27/2007) It is that time of the year again “Beefing Up” for the 2007-2008 school year for students and staff. We hope you have had a well balanced summer. MENUS The August and September 2007 Menus may be found on the Student Nutrition web page. Please be aware that salads will no longer be available at the Big Wells Elementary Cafeteria. REQUEST FOR FOOD SERVICES The Request for Food Service form has been updated. The new form may be found on the Student Nutrition web page. All charges will now be posted on a journal entry by the business office immediately after the event. The new form will require signatures and an account number for the journal entry to be posted. We will send you a “Summary of Food Services” to confirm the amount of the journal entry for your records. PRICE CHANGES The price for lunch and salads for teachers and visitors has changed, as follows. Teachers & Staff $3.00 Visitors $3.25 All meals must be paid in full at the time of service (on a daily basis). We will no longer account for teacher or staff meals. Credit accounts will no longer be available for teachers or staff. Checks will be accepted for the amount of purchase only. No bills larger than $20.00 will be accepted for purchases. We stress that teachers and staff pay with correct currency amount for meals. As always, thank you for your business and have a great year. Sincerely, Esperanza L.
