Sergeant First Class Raymond Martinez

A native of Houston, Texas where he graduated from James Madison High School and immediately joined the U.S Army.

Sergeant First Class Martinez spent 20 years onboard Army boats while being stationed all around the world at various ports which required this unique skill.

Sergeant Martinez is a qualified Drill Sergeant and has spent two years at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri training young Americans to become new Soldiers. Sergeant Martinez came to Carrizo Springs High School in school year 2002-2003 and has been influential in formation of our competitive Color Guard and Drill Teams. Sergeant First Class Martinez has completed the Junior School of Cadet Command Course (JSOCC) and is a JROTC Marksmanship Master Instructor.
